My over-all stay was cool. The first day, the tv wasn't working. I informed the hotel rep and nothing was done that evening. The next morning another hotel rep knocked on my door waking me up in order for the pest control agent to spray my room. I was not pleased being woke that early after a long flight the previous day. Once again I inform the hotel rep that the tv was not working. She assured me that she would send someone to take care of it. A few hours passed before someone came and took care of the issue. Other than that, my over-all stay for the week was cool.
Danyale was of great service and was there every time her service was needed rooms were clean and the staff was great! 10/10 would recommend
Excellent service & location. Plenty of stores & restaurants in walking distance. Safe, beautiful & upscale area. Superb service! Laura and Danielle were super friendly, diligent and professional. Laura OVER exceeded all of our expectations. Laura was extremely diligent, kind, trustworthy and a tremendous BLESSING to me and my 94 year old Father. We will definitely be back & we highly recommend staying at this Extended Stay America Select Suites location.
I enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay Cordova. Iris has very good customer service and hospitality. The room was clean and friendly staff. Will come back to Extended Stay Cordova when I come back to town.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Extended Stay Cordova! Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was outstanding friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this location and will absolutely be back!
Mark – The Maintenance Myth, The Legend To the Management Team at Extended Stay America, Cordova, I’m writing this because I’m starting to suspect that your Head of Maintenance, Mark, might actually be a high-end android or a superhero operating under deep cover. As a senior citizen, I’ve seen enough "customer service" to know when someone is just punching a clock. But Mark? Mark is doing the work of five people, and he’s doing it with a smile so infectious we’ve considered calling the CDC. It’s rare to find someone these days who doesn’t just fix what’s broken, but actually anticipates what we need before we even know we need it. He treats this place with a level of pride that you usually only see from people who own the building. Honestly, if he starts wearing a cape over his work shirt, don't be surprised. In all seriousness, Mark represents a brand of excellence and "old school" humanity that is hard to find. He hasn't just improved our stay; he’s reminded us that there are still people who take genuine pride in taking care of others. The assistant manager & the district manager was so good to me. They made my stay amazing. Im selling my home so ill be here a while and I just love there hospitality!!! A-1 from me!! Hands down!
